Guest Ratings & Reviews
I really liked the design of the hotel and our room, but it was a bit inconvenient that the room facing the inside courtyard area lit up when the bathroom light was switched on, which might disturb your partner during the night. The service here is excellent with convenient amenities like a coffeemaker, fridge, and safe, but just keep in mind that we were informed about being charged a security deposit. The location is slightly out of the city center, but it's right next to Univest Student Accommodations and within about a 15-minute walk to the Temple Bar area with restaurants close by.
The hotel had very comfortable and clean rooms, although a bit too hot for good sleep; however, the complimentary Prosecco for our anniversary made up for it. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing great service. The location was central, though a bit challenging for non-drivers. The dining options were basic, and additional charges were a downside. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel rooms were a little small but still excellent, facing the student apartments from the inside courtyard area. Unfortunately, the rooms were way too hot, making it uncomfortable to sleep, but we received a complementary bottle for the inconvenience. The black-out blinds didn't work well and allowed light beams into the room from sunrise.
The hotel is in a good location, close enough to walk to the center but in a quiet area that was peaceful. The staff had no personality and were unhelpful. I had to ask about where breakfast was, although the facilities made it my new favorite hotel.
I loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were very comfortable and beautiful, although the bathroom light could be a bit bright for my partner at night. The king size bed was cozy, and the massive TV was perfect for chilling with some tea and coffee. The service was top-notch, with friendly and accommodating staff. The location was excellent for exploring the city center and the vibrant area of Portobello. The dining experience was good overall, and the facilities were satisfying.
I stayed at the hotel and found it to be in a convenient location with friendly staff. The rooms were clean and comfy, but there were some issues with the room setup and bathroom lighting. The service was top-notch, especially in accommodating special requests. While the location was good for city exploration and transport links, there were some challenges with parking. The dining experience was enjoyable, though a bit basic and pricey. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
